Erma Ester (Hambleton) Tattershall

August 14, 1942 ~ March 27, 2020 (age 77)

Obituary

Erma Tattershall, 77, beloved Mother and Wife, has joined the angels in heaven with her Momma, Sisters and all the family and friends before her. Her passing was on Friday the 27th of March 2020.

She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Ronnye Tattershall, the love of her life, her 4 children, Lorri Keener, John (Lee) Tattershall, Teresa Musgrove and partner Wayne and Randy Tattershall and wife Laura. Erma has 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and countless other extended members of our family.

Erma's journey started on August 14th, 1942 in Sycamore Kansas. She had a full and robust life that included great love and care for her family. She was known as "Mom or Sister" to many! She spent much of her life building a genealogy library and is now getting answers that she could not piece together here on earth. We can only imagine the conversations!

She loved our Lord and felt his presence most when she was in nature. She cured many scrapes, bangs and bruises with a loving hug and a softly sung or hummed hymn. How Great Thou Art, The old Rugged Cross and Rock of Ages were some of her favorites.

Her interests included taking care of her animals on the farm, building miniature doll houses and countless other crafts. Canning anything that grows, cooking incredible meals but most of all loving her husband and family!

There will be a small, private service now for immediate family. Later in the year there will be a celebration of life service that will be announced when all will be encouraged to join, under the direction of Webb and Rodrick Chapel.
